Nan Todd, MSOL, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Robinhood, focusing on Customer Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, and the Executive Office, supporting over 400 employees across various departments including Product Management, Crypto, and Brokerage. Previously, Nan held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Block, overseeing approximately 1,100 associates in the global Customer Success organization. Nan also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included developing people strategies and HR practices to foster a high-performance culture. Nan holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in HR Management & Marketing Management from Park University.
