Erle Salujõe is currently serving as the UK Operations Lead at Robinhood since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Manager at Stripe from February 2022 to November 2023, and Operations Manager at Yapily from June 2020 to February 2022. Erle has also held multiple positions at Wise, including Bank Implementation Manager, Account and Implementation Manager for banks, Treasury Specialist, and Operations Specialist between February 2015 and June 2020. Earlier roles include Loan Processor at BB Finance Group from May 2013 to February 2015 and internships at LHV in early 2012 and January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in MBA Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of Tartu (2015-2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking from Tallinn School of Economics (2011-2015).
