Bobby Ballance is a seasoned professional in global security and risk operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Security & Technology at Robinhood since May 2021. Prior to this role, Bobby held leadership positions at Tesla as the Emergency Management and Risk Operations Center Lead and at Gavin de Becker & Associates, where Bobby was the Regional Director for Global Intelligence Operations. Experience includes managing security at Vail Resorts and conducting research for the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism and the U.S. Department of Justice. Bobby holds a Bachelor's degree from American University and a degree in Terrorism Analysis from the University of Maryland.
