Ruth Lear is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Lead Accountant at Robindale Energy & Associated Companies since April 2023, Ruth has previously held significant roles such as Order Controller Manager and Project Controller at Siemens from January 2016 to July 2023, and Senior Financial Analyst at Kennametal Inc. from August 2011 to January 2016. Ruth's career began at Newcomer Products Inc., where the role of Controller was assumed after starting as Plant Accountant. This foundational experience was built upon at Ceratizit USA Inc. as Controller, following the acquisition of Newcomer Products.
