Lasse Lähteenmäki has a diverse work experience history. Lasse started as a Sales Assistant at MTV Oy in 2009 and worked until 2010. In the same year, they became a Golf Coach at Caesarea Golf Club, where they stayed until 2011. Lasse then transitioned to become an Event Host at Sisters & company oy from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they became the CEO & Owner of Robin Ruth and continued in this role until the present. In 2013, Lasse became the CEO & Owner of Robin Ruth & Nordicbuddies.

Lasse Lähteenmäki completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from Reichman University, from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Lasse attended Mäkelänrinne Sports High School. Additionally, during the same period from 2006 to 2010, Lasse obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Suomen Liikemiesten Kauppaopisto.
