Additionally, they were an HSG MBA Coach at Universität St.Gallen and an Academy Trainer at HWZ - Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich. Thomas also worked as an Executive Coach at Global Coach Group, CoachSource LLC, and as an Associate Executive Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. In 2015, they worked as an Executive Coach and Global Affiliate at Robertson Lowstuter and was a Lecturer at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences International Management Institute until 2016.
