Pat Mater, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources spanning over four decades. Pat started their career in 1981 as an HR Specialist/Supervisor at Owens Corning. In 1985, they joined Baxter as a Director of HR Planning and Development and went on to hold various positions including an Area HR Manager, Director of HR for the Chemotherapy Services Division, and Director of HR Planning and Development for all Alternate Site Businesses.
