Joseph McCarthy is currently a Part-time Associate Professor of Accounting and Business at Roberts Wesleyan University, a position held since June 2023. From July 1999 to June 2022, Joseph served in various roles at Roberts, including Interim Dean of the School of Business, Interim Dean of the School of Education and Social Work, and Accounting and Business Professor, while also holding a position at M&T Bank as Vice-President and Manager of Commercial/Corporate Training. Additional roles included Interim Executive Director of Adult & Graduate Education Enrollment Management and Executive Director of Finance and Interim CFO. Joseph's educational background includes an MBA in Accounting & Finance from St. John Fisher University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina.
