Tina Botros, MSIO, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Robertet Group, a position held since November 2021. In this role, Tina focuses on enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees, leading recruitment efforts, and managing the Summer Intern Program. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Total Reward Specialist, maintaining a corporate-wide wellness program, and developing training initiatives. Prior to this, Tina worked as a Client Solutions Manager and Resource Manager at Matlen Silver, where duties included identifying business opportunities, managing recruitment pipelines, and delivering training solutions. Tina's earlier experience includes serving as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist at Smiley Teeth Dental. Academically, Tina is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University, following the completion of a Master's degree in the same field from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
