Natiya Saul has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Natiya started their career at Servcorp as a Virtual Office Manager in 2006 and continued in that role until 2011. In 2011, they joined Robert Walters Recruitment (Thailand) Co., Ltd as a Senior Consultant in the Sales and Marketing Division. Natiya then progressed to various roles at Robert Walters, including Manager of the Sales and Marketing Division from 2013 to 2015, Associate Director of the Sales and Marketing Division from 2015 to 2017, and Director of Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Engineering Divisions from 2017 to 2021. In 2022, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing, HR Divisions, and the Director of Eastern Seaboard Operation at Robert Walters.

Natiya Saul completed a Mini Master in HR Management at Chulalongkorn University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Rangsit University.
