Joseph Carlin is a seasoned transportation engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Gilmore & Associates since May 2013, Joseph has previously held positions as a Project Engineer at Pennoni Associates from August 2009 to May 2013, Project Manager at Carroll Engineering Corporation from 2006 to 2009, and Engineering Technician at Pennoni Associates from 1997 to 2006. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
