Nadine Paradis has extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Directrice régionale at Robert Bernard since January 2022, Nadine previously held roles including Gestionnaire opérations techniques at Cogeco Connexion and Directrice administration at Le Groupe Aluspek Inc. From November 2017 to September 2019, Nadine was Director Project Management and Operations at Howden Simsmart, and served as Directrice succursale at Toromont Cat, managing a team of approximately 90 employees. Prior experiences include a significant tenure at Bell as Directrice principale réseau d'accès, overseeing projects, budgets, and strategic programs, as well as leadership at Expertech. Education includes studies at UQAM and Université de Montréal, alongside various professional development courses.
