Wilko Kosten has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 at Atos Origin as an Application Developer. Wilko then joined AkzoNobel in 2006 as a Software Developer, where they worked on developing component and cloud-based color matching solutions. In 2008, they joined DutchWorkz BV as a .NET Software Engineer, and they stayed there until 2019. During this time, they gained experience as a .NET developer and team lead at Robeco. In 2019, they also started their own consultancy firm called W. Kosten IT-Consultancy, where they held the role of owner.
