Ricardo Bryson has a strong background in the legal field, with extensive experience in various positions. Ricardo began their career as a Legal Assistant at Ernst & Young and then completed an internship at DLA Piper.

Moving on, they joined the Ministry of Finance where they served as a Policy Advisor in the Financial Stability Department. Later, they became a Policy and Legal Advisor in the same department. During their time there, they provided guidance on financial markets and contributed to policy development.

After their government tenure, Bryson worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at de Volksbank, where they drafted and negotiated financial markets documentation while advising the business departments on the implementation of legislation.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Robeco, specializing in legal investment support. In this role, Bryson is responsible for drafting and negotiating various financial markets documentation and advising stakeholders on the impact of new legislation.

Adding to their expertise, Bryson recently joined Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie as a member of the board of trustees. Their primary duties include serving as the official employer of the organization's director and providing oversight of its operations.

Ricardo Bryson pursued their education in a chronological manner. Ricardo first attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Masters degree in Financial Law. In 2016 and 2017, they enrolled in the Young Potential Programme at de Baak. The field of study for this program is not specified. Bryson later returned to Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Bedrijfsrecht/Financieel Recht.

In addition to their formal education, Bryson obtained certifications in Verdiepend Contractenrecht from the Universiteit van Amsterdam in January 2021.
