Kristina Usaite, CFA has worked as a Senior Quantitative Researcher at Robeco since 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Quantitative Researcher at the same company from 2017 to 2022. In 2020, they also took on the responsibility of Director of Finance & Operations at SheSharp. Additionally, Kristina completed a graduation internship in Quantitative Research at Robeco in 2016, during which they wrote their Master thesis. Before their time at Robeco, they worked at APG Asset Management, starting as an AIESEC International Internship Program participant in the Corporate Actions team from 2010 to 2011. Kristina then became an Investment Analyst from 2011 to 2012 and later a Treasury Analyst from 2012 to 2014.

Kristina Usaite, CFA, has a strong educational background in economics and finance. Kristina obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in 2010. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Kyung Hee University, where they focused on Finance and Business Studies.

In 2015, Kristina pursued further education and completed their Master of Science degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from Tilburg University. This program equipped their with advanced skills in quantitative analysis and economic modeling.

To enhance their leadership and communication abilities, Kristina enrolled in the Executive Performance Training program in 2021. This program, focusing on Inspirational Leadership and Creative Communication, aimed to develop their skills in effectively leading and inspiring others.

In addition to their formal education, Kristina has obtained the prestigious CFA charter from the CFA Institute. This certification showcases their in-depth understanding of investment analysis, portfolio management, and ethical practices in the financial industry.
