Iryna Kovalova

Investment Change Service Manager (global Client Onboarding & Investment Change Services) at Robeco

Iryna Kovalova has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Iryna started their career in 2005 as a Client Services Specialist at PJSC "Bank Tavrika", where they later served as Deputy Head of Custody. In 2008, they joined ING Barings as a Securities Services Specialist in Custody.

In 2011, Iryna joined NN Investment Partners as an Income/Tax Officer in Asset Servicing. Iryna then transitioned to the role of Experienced Sales Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for managing institutional client onboarding and leading the negotiation process. In 2018, they took on the role of Strategic Analyst before becoming an Implementation Manager at Robeco in 2019. Iryna currently holds the position of Investment Change Service Manager at Robeco.

Iryna Kovalova's education history includes several academic achievements and additional certifications. In 2003, they pursued a master's degree in Finance at the International University of Finance, which they completed in 2008. In 2013, they attended the ING Business School for a specialization in Asset Management.

In 2016, they participated in a post-academic program focused on Strategic Account Management ISAM at the Erasmus School of Economics.

Additionally, Iryna has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2014, they completed the "Communicate With Impact" course at de Baak, followed by the "Personal Influence Power" program at Bureau Zuidema in 2015. Iryna then obtained the "Claritas Investment Certificate" from the CFA Institute in 2016. In 2017, they completed the "Innovation Challenge" program at Makerlab, which covered design thinking and lean startup development.

Furthermore, in 2019, they received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from UPD - Join the Spark*.

In the year 2020, Iryna completed the "To the Point Communiceren" course offered by Schouten & Nelissen. Recently, in 2021, they acquired two certifications from the CFA Institute: "Robeco's Essentials of Sustainable Investing" and "Robeco's Essentials of SDG module".
