Casper van Beek has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Casper began their career as a Legal Counsel Intern at Rabobank Nederland in 2014. Casper then joined Deloitte Nederland in 2015 as a Consultant Regulatory Risk, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, Casper became a Compliance Officer at DEGIRO, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Compliance Officer at Robeco, starting in August 2020.

Casper van Beek's education history includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Nederlands Recht) from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Casper then pursued an LL.M (Master of Laws) in Commercial and Company Law at the same university from 2013 to 2014. After that, they attended the National University of Singapore as an exchange student in their Law program from 2012 to 2013. Later, Casper pursued another LL.M degree in Financial Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2014 to 2015.
