Molinda Hern is a Business Analyst at Robbins-Gioia, LLC since April 2019, bringing extensive project management and analytical skills to the role. Previously, Molinda was a Special Events Coordinator for a self-employed venture from July 2013 to May 2015, successfully managing a series of six events by identifying stakeholders, estimating durations, procuring resources, and implementing risk responses. From April 2008 to September 2012, Molinda served as Executive Program Manager for the Sisterhood of the Traveling BDUs, a non-profit organization focused on supporting military-dependent teen girls through conferences and leadership initiatives, while also developing technical guidance for 501(c)(3) paperwork. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global (February 2022 - May 2023) and a degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2019 - 2021). Molinda holds certifications as a PMP, SSGB, and DASM.
