Michael Weed is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Sr Director of Operations at Gallagher Bassett since July 2024. Prior to this role, Weed held multiple positions at NAVEX from May 2017 to July 2024, including Sr Director of Operations and Director of Operations. Weed's career also includes a role as Associate Pastor at Gethsemane Baptist Church and various positions in operations management at the University of Maryland University College and Melaleuca: The Wellness Company. Earlier experience includes significant roles at DIRECTV, starting as Customer Retention Supervisor. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in English and Literature from Boise State University.
