Jens Molin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently serving as Managing Director and Country Manager for Novotek Sverige AB since August 2019, Jens leads operations in Sweden and is part of the Novotek group management team. In addition, since March 2020, Jens has been the Chairman of the Board at ROB-EX A/S. Jens previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Novotek AB from January 2009 to August 2019, where responsibilities included product management and business strategies, and served as an Application Engineer focusing on MES systems for production planning and scheduling. Prior to these roles, Jens worked as a Development Engineer at Scania CV AB, specializing in diagnostics and supervision of heavy diesel engines, and completed a master's thesis on similar topics. Jens began professional training as a technician during military service at FRA, the Swedish National Defence Radio Establishment. Jens holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Linköping University, complemented by studies in Control Systems, Economics, and Finance mathematics.
