Grace M. has worked in the fashion industry since 2004. Grace began their career at Polo Ralph Lauren as an Associate Designer. In 2006, they moved to Abercrombie & Fitch as a Designer. In 2008, they joined VOLCOM as a Snr. Designer. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Pacific Sunwear as a Senior Designer, and then at OBEY Clothing as a Women's Design Director and Senior Designer. In 2020, they joined RVCA as Global Women's Creative Director, and in 2022 they became the Director of Design - Roark Women's at Roark.

Grace M. has an educational background in Fine Arts, Studio Art, and Pre-Medicine, having obtained a B.A. from New York University. Grace also attended Parsons School of Design - The New School for Fashion Design.
