Margaret Meagher, EIT, currently serves as an Engineering Technician I at Roam Robotics, where responsibilities include maintaining and repairing electromechanical pneumatic systems for various applications. Prior to this role, Margaret was a Biomechanics Researcher at Roam Robotics, leading studies on the efficacy of lightweight wearable exoskeletons and designing evaluation protocols for human locomotion. Margaret's foundational experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center For Musculoskeletal Research at the University of Tennessee, contributing to orthopedic research and CAD modeling related to joint replacements. Additional leadership experience as a Program Leader at Tickle College of Engineering involved mentoring freshman students and managing program logistics. Early career exposure at Global Contract Manufacturing provided valuable insights into engineering processes and practices. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
