Bei K. is an accomplished Senior Scientist in Formulation Analytics at Roal Oy since March 2022, with extensive experience in food chemistry and formulation science. Previously, Bei K. served as a PhD Researcher at the University of Helsinki from 2011 to 2022, focusing on protein-phenolic interactions in food products while contributing to various academic projects. Additional roles include researcher positions at Neste, emphasizing organic analytics and method development, as well as past involvement in research assistant roles and tutoring international students at the University of Helsinki.
