Farrah Fox has extensive experience in client services and customer support, currently serving as Client Services Director at RoadVantage since December 2021, after holding the position of Client Services Manager. Prior to this role, Farrah was Customer Support Manager at IAS from August 2005 to August 2017. Earlier in career, Farrah worked as Call Center Manager at Progressive Insurance from February 2004 to August 2005, where responsibilities included managing a team of 25 licensed agents and auditing calls for technical accuracy and quality service.
