Amna Haji is a skilled zorgontwikkelaar in herstelondersteunende zorg at Arkin since April 2018, where responsibilities include advising and innovating within a complex work environment and supporting the implementation processes for recovery-oriented care. Concurrently, Amna serves as a docent at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, focusing on experiential expertise in care and welfare. Additional roles include coordination of experience work at Roads and previous leadership positions within various organizations and projects aimed at integrating experiential knowledge in mental health and addiction care. Amna is pursuing a Master's in Innovation in Care and Welfare, building on a background of relevant degrees in management and experiential expertise.
