Jamison Germani is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the VP of Operations at RoadRunner Recycling since 2014. Prior to this role, Jamison held positions as a Senior Trader at Elm Ridge Capital Management, LLC for a brief period in 2014, and as a Senior Equity Trader at Mirae Asset Global Investments from 2012 to 2014, where responsibilities included trading cash equities and options across a $4 billion AUM portfolio focused on global markets. Jamison's earlier experience includes working as an Equity Sales-Trading Analyst at Barclays Capital from 2009 to 2011, where coverage was provided for over 60 accounts across multiple countries, as well as a Summer Analyst position at Lehman Brothers in 2008. Jamison holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, completed in 2009, and is a graduate of Emmaus High School.
