Rasha Yehya's most recent work experience was as a Software Developer at Band Industries (Roadie Music) starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Near East Engineering and Development Services - NEEDS as a Senior Software Developer from June 2012 to April 2021. Their earliest work experience was as an HR Assistant at the American University of Science and Technology from October 2009 to June 2012.

Rasha Yehya obtained their Lebanese General Secondary Certificate from West Hill College Lebanon in 2009. Rasha then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST), completing it in 2013. Following that, they went on to earn a Master's Degree in Computer Science from AUST, which they completed in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Rasha has also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they completed the CCNA Discovery: Networking for Home and Small Businesses course offered by Cisco. Rasha then obtained the CCNA Discovery: Working at a Small-to-Medium Business or ISP certification in February 2012. In November 2012, they completed the Introduction to RFID and Hands-on RFID course offered by Active Identity.

In 2013, Rasha participated in the 9th Annual Engineering and Computer Science Project Exhibition held at AUST. Rasha continued to expand their knowledge and skills by obtaining certifications, including the SAP Business Objects - Business Intelligence certificate from SAP in December 2014. Additionally, they participated in the Science Olympics 2014 held at Rafik Hariri University Mechref, Lebanon.
