Dennis Chang is the Co-Founder and CEO of RoadFlex, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Dennis served as a Venture Partner at Republic and as a Venture Capitalist with UL Ventures, where investments focused on supply chain, sustainability, and cybersecurity. Dennis co-founded and led Buzz Solutions from 2017 to 2019, providing AI-driven automation and predictive analytics for energy infrastructure. Additional experiences include roles in product and partnerships at StartX, management consulting at McKinsey & Company, and product management at Alchemist Accelerator. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Management Science & Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford University, as well as early education at Colegio Newton in Lima, Peru. Dennis is also a skilled interpreter in Spanish, Chinese, and English.
