Stephanie Armas-Sanchez is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in program coordination, medical interpretation, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at Road to Hire since March 2022, Stephanie previously worked as a Medical Interpreter at Atrium Health and as an Instructional Assistant at Trinity Episcopal School. Stephanie's career began as a Key Account Coordinator at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. and includes experience as a Server at Charlotte Country Club. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, focusing on Latinos in the United States and Women in Latin American Politics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
