Dekarte Lynch, MAHS, is an experienced professional in higher education and student services. Currently serving as a Student Career Coach at RoadtoHire since June 2021, Dekarte previously worked at Wingate University in various roles including Resident Director from August 2019 to June 2021 and Orientation Coordinator from August 2016 to May 2018. Dekarte holds a Master's in Human Service with a focus on Higher Education Administration from Lenoir-Rhyne University (June 2020 - December 2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Wingate University (August 2014 - December 2018).
