Kyle McCoy is an experienced IT professional with a background in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Engineer at Road Scholar since August 2014, Kyle's expertise includes providing front-line assistance in technology services from a previous role as IT Support Coordinator at Massachusetts College of Art. Prior experience encompasses a range of positions, including Technician at Verizon, where Kyle utilized proprietary imaging technologies, and Printer Installer at Native Staffing, supporting a significant managed print service rollout. Additional roles include web copywriting and user experience consulting, and directing videography projects.
