Jackson Dugger is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, insurance, coaching, and customer service. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Fidelity Investments since December 2021, Jackson oversees and trains case managers in the Transition Services department. Prior experience includes roles as a Transition Services Specialist at Fidelity Investments, a Life Insurance Specialist at Zander Insurance, and a Financial Advisor at Peachtree Planning. Jackson has also excelled as a Certified Running Coach with the Road Runners Club of America and in various customer service roles at organizations such as Mayer and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and the Arts from Belmont University.
