Erica Lacouague has extensive work experience in the fields of marketing, data analysis, and management. Erica began their career at Sports Warehouse Inc. in 2007, where they held the position of Manager until April 2015. In April 2015, they joined Road Runner Sports, where they took on multiple roles simultaneously, including Marketing Coordinator, Loyalty Analyst, Retention Analyst, and Data Manager.

Erica Lacouague attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2003 to 2007. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Veterinary Studies during this time.
