Chris Slater FCMA CGMA is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at the Road Haulage Association since August 2022. Previously, Chris held the position of Finance Director at WDS Components Ltd. from October 2019 to July 2022, and prior to that served as Head of Finance at Farmison & Co. between August 2018 and October 2019. Chris has also held roles including Group Financial Controller at CCL - Specialized Engineered Solutions for Structures and Site Accountant at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing, among others. Early career experience includes positions at Bathstore, Wolseley, Covance, and Bupa, starting as an Accounts Assistant in 2000.
