Shannon Squanda is an experienced office coordinator and permit clerk with a background in customer service and benefits coordination. Currently employed at the Road Commission for Oakland County since February 2022, Shannon previously served as a medical receptionist at Be Well LifeStyle Centers and as a benefits coordinator at United Wholesale Mortgage. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Kar's Nuts and a hostess position at Pine Lake Country Club. Shannon began a career in customer service at the Road Commission for Oakland County from 2015 to 2017. Educationally, Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, completed in 2019.
