Jay Sullivan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and marketing roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Growth and Marketing at Ro since September 2021, Jay previously held the position of Director of Growth at Ampush, where responsibilities included driving growth for disruptive direct-to-consumer brands. Prior experience includes a role as Business Strategy Manager and Project Lead at Accenture Strategy, as well as involvement in financial planning for e-commerce at Macy's. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Villanova University.
