Ian Halbwachs is a Software Engineer with experience at Ro since July 2021 and previously at Button, Inc. from June 2017 to July 2021, where roles included Software Engineer and Software Engineering Intern. Ian Halbwachs also has a rich culinary background, serving as a Charcutier at Hudson & Charles Butchers, where over 50 recipes for cured and smoked meats were developed, and as a Sous Chef at The Darby, overseeing kitchen operations and menu development. Early culinary experience includes being a Line Cook and Charcutier at Butter Restaurant. Ian Halbwachs holds a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from Fullstack Academy, a BA in Journalism with minors in Physics and Music from New York University, and further culinary training from the Institute of Culinary Education.
