Caston Gillit is an experienced professional in the wind energy sector, currently serving as the President of Wind Field Services at RNWBL® since April 2024. Previously, Caston held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Independent Wind Solutions from October 2019 to June 2024. Prior to that, Caston worked as a Wind Technician at The AES Corporation from July 2015 to October 2019 and as a Flowback Operator at Rockwater Energy Solutions in early 2015. Caston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wind Energy from Texas Tech University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
