Tom Ironmonger has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Tom began their career as a Forestry/Groundsman at the National Trust in July 2001, before moving on to work as a Groundsman at Adlington Hall from February 2002 to March 2003. Tom then joined The University of Manchester as a Horticulture Technician from March 2003 to February 2008. In June 2008, they became an Operations Manager at Slic Training (International) and later transitioned into the role of Director of Operations from October 2012 to February 2017. Most recently, they have been working as a Business Operations Manager at RNN Group UK since March 2017.
Tom Ironmonger attended Lymm High School from 1995 to 2001, completing their GCSE degree. In addition to their formal education, Tom has obtained various certifications, including A1 - Assessors Qualification, Brushcutters/Trimmers CLMCO5x, Chainsaw Certificate CLMXO05X, Emergency First Aid at Work, HNC Garden & Landscape Design, IOSH level 2 Managing Safely, NVQ 2 & 3 Amenity Horticulture, NVQ 2 Business Administration, NVQ 2 Information Advice and Guidance, PA1 / PA6, Prevent Training, Safeguarding, Safeguarding and Safer recruitment, and Tractor and Winch Maintenance/Operation.
