Quarina then transitioned into the corporate world, starting as a Digital and Multimedia Creative at Norton Rose Fulbright, where they managed the firm's website content and handled website inquiries. Quarina then joined Hays as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, overseeing digital platform strategies and optimization. At BNP Paribas Real Estate, they served as a Digital Project Manager, leading website development, introducing quality standards, and managing data migration after a merger.
