Phyllicia Moredjo is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst at RNHB since September 2022, focusing on operational excellence within the client journey and responsible for establishing a Quality Management Framework. Prior to this role, Phyllicia held various positions at European Merchant Services from March 2015 to August 2022, including Quality & Process Coordinator, Corporate Key Account Manager, Teamlead SME Sales, and Sales Executive, where Phyllicia demonstrated skills in identifying operational inefficiencies, driving sales growth, and developing teams. Phyllicia is currently pursuing further education at Erasmus University Rotterdam and has completed a Leadership program at YEARTH Academy, along with studies at Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
