Arvydas Skuodas is an experienced professional in the maritime and logistics sectors, currently serving as an Instructor at RNDV Group since March 2021, responsible for selecting and training new employees. Prior roles include RoRo and Special Project Manager at KLASCO Klaipeda Stevedoring Company, and Head of Sales Marketing at UAB "Western Baltic Engineering"​, where responsibilities encompassed promoting ship design and managing LNG-related projects. Arvydas has also held key positions such as Commercial Director at Central Klaipeda Roro Terminal and General Manager of Passenger Sales Group at DFDS Seaways, where significant achievements included the establishment of sales systems and the management of a ticket sales network. Arvydas holds a Master's degree in International EMBA from Kaunas University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy.
