Robby has held various positions with companies such as RMU Outdoors, HitchFire, Sugar Bowl Resort, Faction Skis, G-Form, Hookit.com, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, Fuse, and Mountain High Ski Resort. Throughout their career, Robby has been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media and website platforms, hiring and managing marketing teams, curating content, and creating ambassador programs to increase brand visibility and sales. Robby has also negotiated with athletes, managed budgets, organized events, and executed product launches to drive brand awareness and ROI. Robby's experience spans across multiple sports categories, including skiing, snowboarding, and action sports.
Robby Burleson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communications from California State University-San Bernardino between 2004 and 2009. In 2015, they also achieved the Silver Level Judge certification from the Association of Freeskiing Professionals.
