Derek Kuehn is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on project management and additive manufacturing. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, Derek has held various engineering roles including Project Manager for Additive Manufacturing at rms Company since September 2019, and previously as a Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer at Trex Commercial Products, and Viking Automatic Sprinkler Co., respectively. Derek's experience includes designing water-based fire protection systems, improving manufacturing processes, and enhancing quality through innovative design. Additionally, Derek has contributed as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Mate Precision Tooling and served as a Peer Mentor at the University of St. Thomas, supporting students in engineering design projects.
