Nga Luu currently serves as Principal Advisor at RMIT University Vietnam, supporting the development and execution of the People Strategy in collaboration with the HR Director and Senior People Team. Previously, Nga held the position of HR Manager at European International School Ho Chi Minh City, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, budgeting, recruitment, and employee relations. Prior roles include HR Coordinator at Australian International School, Vietnam, and Personal Assistant to the General Director at INS Corporation. Nga holds a Master of Arts in Education Management from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and has completed additional studies in Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
