Eleanor Helsby is a Chartered MCIPD professional with Level 7 qualifications and extensive experience in human resources management. Currently, Eleanor serves as the HR Manager at Racecourse Media Group since March 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Operations Manager (maternity cover) at Holy Trinity Brompton, HR Project Lead at UCL, and HR Manager at HENI, where responsibilities involved building HR functions and managing various HR projects. Earlier career experiences include positions at Hachette UK, Wasabi Co Ltd, E-ACT, and Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust, showcasing a solid foundation in HR administration and support. Eleanor holds an MA and CIPD in Human Resources from the University of Hertfordshire and a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Kent.
