Dana Slade is an experienced professional in the chauffeured ground transportation services industry, currently serving as the Manager of Shuttle Operations at RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation since January 2021. In this role, Dana oversees a variety of services for both domestic and international clients, including corporate program design and management. Previous experience includes positions as Lead Dispatcher and Road Supervisor at Jeffrey Scott Concierge from August 2019 to December 2021, and as Lead Residential Concierge at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from February 2015 to February 2019, where Dana also worked as a concierge and bartender. Dana holds a degree from the University of the District of Columbia.
