Naomi Moncayo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at RMPersonnel, Inc. since January 2020. Previously, Naomi held the position of Human Resources Officer at El Paso Behavioral Health System from September 2016 to December 2019 and worked as a Staffing and Payroll Coordinator at Kindred Healthcare from December 2010 to October 2016. Naomi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Park University between 2019 and 2021, following a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
