Serghei Vavulea is a highly experienced contracts manager and site foreman with a proven track record in construction management. Currently employed at RM Contractors since May 2023, Serghei previously held the position of site foreman at M.V. Kelly Ltd from January 2020 to April 2023, where a cross-functional team was led to ensure timely project completion. Additional experience includes working as a site foreman at Thamesbridge Construction Ltd from April 2017 to January 2021, where new site projects in the commercial and domestic sectors were successfully initiated and completed. Earlier in the career, Serghei served as a site supervisor at Graffic Ltd from February 2012 to April 2017, overseeing construction operations to ensure safety and timeliness. Serghei is pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management at Bath Spa University, alongside holding an Engineer's degree in Engineering and Management in Transports from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei.
