Aaliq Rowland is a Staff Engineer at R&M Consultants, Inc. since May 2021, with prior experience in various roles including Bartender, Bar Back, Expo, and Security at HOOK LINE & SINKER from May 2018 to March 2020. Aaliq's involvement with the Alaska Native Science & Engineering Program (ANSEP) includes multiple positions as Lead Youth Peer Mentor, responsible for managing Youth Peer Mentors, ensuring student safety, and organizing activities during summer pre-programs from May 2018 to September 2019. Previous internships include engineering roles at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in 2016 and 2017. Aaliq holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Anchorage, completed in 2018.
